We provide 3d architectural design renderings and revisions to allow for a rich dialog with clients. The level of design is considered non-buildable conceptual designs that provide clients with an understanding of what they are getting. These concepts are used once a contract is secured to develop a permit set drawing document.
Yes, depending on the level of scope required, additional permit drawings can be provided at a pre-determined fee that in not included in the monthly fee.
No. We only work with up to 25 builders at any given time all over the United States. We only work with one builder per geographic area.
Our monthly base cost generally covers team expenses and overhead. Profit only really comes in if we win projects for our partners. We are just as committed to win projects as you are so we are committed to assisting win the formal projects. Our profits come in from won projects with clients, not monthly base fees. Our base fees support a team to help get sales.
